Produced by fermentation of isoeugenol derived from sustainably sourced Clove oil. This product was specifically developed as an environmentally friendly source of ex-Clove Vanillin.

While similar in profile, it contains far lower levels of isoeugenol which is considered an off-note.

Our strain is specific for trans-isoeugenol, requiring a precise isomerization process excluding the formation of cis-isoeugenol.
